Yosemite or Bust!

We packed our camera for the second half of our trip so more pictures to come. Some of these pictures were taken out of our sunroof,by our eldest son, and while hiking. We finally went to Yosemite in the 3 years we have lived here. Well worth the trip. We went with our great friends and their children. It is a must stop for our future visiters. We will be camping and cooking more dutch oven recipes again in another week. I think Daddy is finally gonna let us camp more often it was so much fun! A lot of work but well worth it.More fun picks to come!!!(The Mariposa Grove!! With the big red wood trees!!!)

Before our bike ride around Yosemite.
After...

Because of an awesome friend who inspired us we decided to camp at Yosemite. It was rocken fun! Most of the pictures at our camp site were done by our oldest boy. He did a great job. It is very apparent we had to be extremely careful because we were sleeping in bear country. We had to keep our food in a bear locker and my smelly girl stuff. It was fun to camp by the river and to sleep hearing the rapid water.

Father's Day Triffle

Happy Father's Day Dad!
We spoiled him with handmade presents and made strawberry pancakes and Strawberries on top and runny eggs. Ew! but he likes them. I made Enchiladas from scratch I make my own sauce and had corn on the side. Then for dessert I made this. Yum!It has cubed white cake, lemon and chocolate mouse, marshmellos, coconut, cool whip, strawberries, crushed gram cracker, and mini chocolate chips.

Our Potatoes!

Well, we harvested some veggies already!!! Our potatoes were some of them. They are purple!!! Not very many grew, but we were still excited. Froglegs said "look at the very big potatoes and the very small ones!" How shall we eat them?

Eternally Yours Forever 2010

All this picture taking and water fun makes me reflect. This is our one year anniversary in this beautiful home of ours and three years in Cali. We love it here and I am grateful for the Man of my dreams to share it with me. Here we are with two amazing, intuitive boys who have taught us so much. Soon, it will be our nine year wedding anniversary. I couldn't be happier and more in love with my husband and my two little boys. Also, I am in love with the children I feel have yet to be in my family. I am extremely blessed and so is my family to be here in this moment, enjoying each other. We are grateful for the people that have faith in us and support our union. I remember I would ponder and pray for the moments I have now. I know my husband also looked upon this day, unknowing what was to come, but hoping for a wonderful wife and children. Thank the Heavens for today and the times we have to make memories together. I will never take today for granted. I have been blessed to know what it might be like without such a wonderful man who holds the Priesthood; for that knowledge, I find joy in today and look forward to tomorrow.

Peas in Our Pod

My sister came down and took our beautiful pictures. They are the best pictures yet. Thank you and love you.
