Sleepless in Seattle 2008!!!

The many faces of traveling. Meet the green monkey from Georgia. His name is Diddy!!! Diddy Kong. Froglegs loves Diddy.

While waiting for daddy to come back to the hotel and eat, mommy and froglegs had a tattoo party. A scorpion on his neck, a heart tattoo on his arm, a treasure chest on his belly button, a few star fish on his chest(madigassgar), fire and x's on his other arm, and last of all a cannon near his bum. It was fun!!!

SEATTLE!!!!

Froglegs loves his wheels!!

Our favorite thing to do is eat at Ibars and feed the seagulls.

Pretending a little shut eye.

Well this is the end of the first day at the Pier. We are so happy to be in Seattle. Tomorrow starts and the Auquarium!!! Yeah!!!
Here we are at the Auquarium!!!If you haven't seen a sea cucumber before. Here it is. Mommy got to touch one for the first time with Froglegs. Yeah!!!!

Mommy's fav the Otter's!!!
NEMO!!!!!

This is Frogleg's and his octipus he chose over Nemo. We are walking around the pier after the Aguarium. So, cute. He just about had it by now for his nap time. BUT!!! The Museum is next. Hold on!!! The day isn't over yet.
So here we are at the Children's Museum. Worth it to go and we only spent a little more than an hour here, but it was worth it. We started off at the front and went around.

This was Froglegs favorite!!!

Hey Mom and Dad guess what section of the museum this was??? This is for you.

I think this was the African Dance room.

Behold, the glacer slide.

"ooou cool!!!" slam. It is a whole bunch of rocks that when you lift them up they have see through plexy glass and little creatures in it. They had them along this whole rocky exhibit. He lifted up everyone of them and went back over and over again. Repeating this phrase.

At the end of the Children's Museum we decided to take a pick with Mommy and Froglegs this time with the catch of the day. Then we went to the food court upstairs for some grub. They little toddler cars for the kids to play while the adults ate in peace. It was so nice, but poor Froglegs had a Asian kid push him out of the blue one before he could get in. He looked at Mommy and was surprised a kid would do such a thing especially since he was done with the cart and playing with a red one. He ran to Mommy in a hurt sob. I was there for the rescue and when the Asian kid left I noticed Froglegs in the blue car, driving out of bounds of the play area. He wanted to see if he could make it back to Cali. Very cute!!!! Yeah my cute boy got to play in the blue car!!! You never think that you would be happy about those things.

Here is the fountain that we love. This time we didn't have as much of a happy boy. He was afraid of it, but Daddy made him touch it anyways. He loved walking up the side of the bowl back to Mommy though.

I'm It!!!

If you want you are tagged too. It seems like its a good way to get to know one another. If your reading this and want to get involved here is the story. You too can tell us more about yourself if you desire just write 3 joys, 3 fears, 3 goals,3 obsessions and 3 random facts. It sounded fun, so I am doing it too.

3 joys
1. my family
2. performing in front of an audience (music preferably, musical's too) I love singing with a jazz band that was my fav
3. Accomplishing a creative and unique masterpiece or just finishing a job feels great

3 fears
1. I also fear loosing a loved one in a horrific tragedy (too many movies)I too wake up with nightmares and tears. It used to be my Mom, then my Husband, now it is Froglegs
2. I fear a few bugs; weavels in my food( especially after I eat a few bites), and I don't fear spiders in general just fear them and earwigs to climb in my ear while I sleep and nest there. I had work done inside my ears and tubes probing inside, when I was a kid, and I still hear and feel it this day. So, for years I covered my ears with my covers or arms while I tried to get to sleep.
3. I fear aliens. (My hubby is helping me get over this one) As a child my mom told me they were real,(she really believes it too) so I always feared closing my eyes as a child while was washing my soapy hair in the shower for fear I would miss the lights going off and an abduction or close encounter to occur.

3 Goals
1. To graduate from an excellent Beauty School
2. To start a business with my hubby selling my quiet books and Child sized play furniture that I designed and help create
3. To record an album in a recording studio with my cherished family music.

3 Current Obsessions
1. Crafts
2. Finding new ways to make my life easier(Martha helps a lot, so does my family)and make my life more fulfilling spiritually, physically, and mentally-as a woman, mother, and a wife. I guess you could say finding myself and trying to stay balanced while I flow on the path of growth and clearity.
3. Finding new ways to pamper myself to feel beautiful and unique(hair, makeup, feet)

3 Random Facts
1. I used to have two pairs of tubes in my ears to help me with a speech impediment as a child. The first pair failed and the final pair was successful. So, being able to put my head under water and hear things without earplugs to prevent water to damage them, is a pleasure of mine. So, my ears are very sensitive, and earplugs that look like Christmas trees bring back a lot of memories. Let's just say I had to get over a lot of insecurities at the local pool. I hated everyone trying to speak me and I had no clue what they were saying. Goggles were a great disguise.
2. I am named after my Grandmother's middle names
3. My mom craved jalapenos while I was in her womb. So, I love spicy things. Not so much while I am pregnant though.

We Are Finally Home!!!

We love it here in our new home. We love adventures. This one involves great neighbors and great fun making this our livable home. Sorry its been so long, but I bet you all understand and are excited for us. We had our ultra sound yesterday and it is a boy. NO doubt. We are loving the thought of having another warrior for Heavenly Father's army. I am a little sad we must wait for our girl to come, but I know she is patiently waiting. I feel her and she knows she is in my heart. This is probably the only way Heavenly Father can make sure all of our children come down and so the boys must come first. Well thats how we feel and I am so happy to announce it is a very healthy Boy no warning signs. Strong heart and body. We have a strong and amazing angel waiting to be born to our loving home. Now it is only time to prepare this home with our Froglegs to recieve a new addition. Froglegs knows mommy's got a baby inside now we need to teach him to be more indapendant and help mommy more. He's going to have brother and is the big brother now. Potty training too will be fun. I know he might revert a little on the potty training when the baby comes, but we must do it.I know he'll just love being a big brother. I also know this baby has no other home besides ours where he will be loved as much. I love you J and I can't wait to watch you sleep and hold you in my arms.
I will post some ultra sound pictures later when Dad's home to scan them. Love you all and talk to you later.

Southern Cali with Our Brotha and Sista!!!

We are visiting Dan and Em and Froglegs loves their movies and futon. We went to the beach and Carl didn't get to lay down to rest at all too many things to do. He made a cool dolphin! Froglegs loved spending time away from the water. We found a creature buring itself in the sand and put in a bucket of water. Froglegs loved watching it hide again and again. It looked albino and it had frog legs and lobster antena's still have no clue what it was. It was awesome!!! Mommy caught it. Don't worry when we left put it back in the ocean. Froglegs loved chasing the bird and walking in the sand. Meeting new people and their pets was fun for him too. What fun to watch and document aunty Em's first trip to the beach. YEah!!!! Thank you for letting us come enjoy the moment with you. We love and miss you.

Garden fun !!!

We found a baby baby baby praying mantis on it's last leg. It was too windy I am afraid. One of its legs fell off as it came toward us. We had to zoom in pretty close to get a good picture.
With all of the garden plants we have, I have to have some flowers. Here is my flowers. I love the bright colors. Yes, that is a Brugenvilla a California Gold.

Daddy has many passions. He loves loves loves palm trees. He wants to do a green house one day with his brother. Anywho, this is his beginning of it all. These are all different palm trees he is babying. Don't ask me how many he has, because he's germinating others in fermiculite and in ziploc bags, so it just grows and grows. It sure is fun to listen to him passionately talk about his family of palms. I love it and I love him more for it.

Moving fun!!!

Our boy found a new way to use his underpants.
Super Boy!!!!
Froglegs loved the tattoos Oma gave him for his birthday. We had to put them all on because he peeled off the protective covering and we couldn't put it back on without destroying them, so we had fun making him tattoo boy. Notice the number 1 ribbon on his neck. The move was fun because we did some fun things to entertain our boy. Our Ward Family raved about his tattoos. Don't worry we took most of them off for church, except the spider web with the word "Humble" in it. Yes, they are Charlate's Web tattoos. And it was during the move the members of our Ward saw them. We had an afternoon barbeque where they saw it too.

Froglegs and I made these goo goo goggles and he place them on Lightning McQueen.

We Are finally Moving!!!

We decided to follow in Dan and Em's footsteps and move closer to them. :) No, it was just a great time for us and it fell into our laps like dandruff. We are still moving, but last night we slept at the new house. We have almost everything moved. The ward this morning helped us with the fridge and washer and dryer... all the big heavy stuff that could break your back. Last night Daddy came home at 2:00 am and we left the house at 8:00 to meet our helpers. He is a little woozy from all the hard work and lack of sleep, but we are very blessed to have new neighbors who are so willing to help and show their love to us. No worries. They see us come and go and offer help at all hours of the night. One even offered to come over Sunday to organize my kitchen and unpack. Another has allowed us to use their truck to move all week. They truly and selfless and are teaching us about charity. We thank them and we truly love them. They are a God send. It is nice to ease the burden on Daddy a little bit. We will get some new pics on the blog shortly. Love you all!!!
